As per my opinion following are some points which should be added in qualifications or skills of administrative assistant resume

• Identify multifaceted problems and reviewing associated information to build up and assess options and put solutions into practice.
• Able to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to recognize the points being made, asking questions as suitable, and not interrupting at unsuitable times.
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of individuals and organizations to improve or take remedial action.
• Using mathematics to get to the bottom of complex problems.
• Obtaining and seeing to the proper use of utensils, facilities, and materials required to do certain work.
• Understanding printed sentences and paragraphs in work connected documents.
• Communicating efficiently in writing as suitable for the requirements of the audience.
• Adjusting actions regarding others' actions.
• Talking to others to communicate information efficiently.

I like it very much - with the exception of the phrase "office utensils" there has got to be a better way of stating this. Office machines or something along that line. :)
